Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Elderly patients aged >=65 years and =24;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to anesthetic drugs used in this study; 2.Presence of NYHA class III–IV heart failure, COPD requiring continuous oxygen therapy, including second- to third-degree atrioventricular block or atrial fibrillation; 3.Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, history of severe hypertension, bronchial asthma, or osteoporosis; 4.Metabolic disorders such as pheochromocytoma, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, etc; 5.History of dementia, organic mental disorders, other psychiatric disorders accompanied by mental impairment, or communication difficulties;
