Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 18 years; (2) Patients diagnosed with interstitial lung disease (ILD) by a pulmonologist based on medical history, clinical symptoms and signs, laboratory and imaging findings, histological or cytological features from surgical lung biopsy, transbronchial lung biopsy (TBLB), or bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BAL); (3) Be conscious, mentally competent, and able to communicate verbally; (4) Be able to read and write Chinese; (5) Have signed an informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe concomitant cardiac, hepatic, renal, neurological, or psychiatric disorders; (2) Patients with intellectual, psychiatric, or language impairments, or those with insufficient educational attainment; (3) Patients unwilling to cooperate with the investigator.
