Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18<= age <=80 years old; 2. Male: Female = 1:1; 3. The patient has been clearly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and the diagnosis is in line with the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2024 Edition)"

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute complications of diabetes and acute stress states; 2. Diabetic foot or non-healing ulcers; 3. Neuropathy caused by central nervous system diseases, chronic alcoholism, tumors, infectious diseases, connective tissue diseases, malnutrition, folic acid or vitamin B12 deficiency, etc. 4. Chronic liver disease (AST/ALT >=2 times the upper limit of the normal value); 5. eGFR=30ml/min.m^2;
