Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–70 years; 2. Clinically and pathologically diagnosed with primary breast cancer (Stages I–III); 3. Patients scheduled for neoadjuvant chemotherapy and/or adjuvant chemotherapy, undergoing full-course chemotherapy upon initial diagnosis, typically comprising >= 4 cycles; 4. Conscious and able to complete questionnaires independently or with assistance; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study; 6. Female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are severe systemic infections, severe anemia and other complications or failure of important organs; 2. Distant tumor metastasis occurred during the treatment process.
