Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-75 years; (2) Undergoing elective non-intubated thoracoscopic wedge resection or segmentectomy for pulmonary nodules at our hospital; (3) Complete clinical medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Intraoperative tracheal intubation transfer (2) Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney dysfunction; (3) Cases with missing or incomplete medical records, affecting the collection of key data.
