Persistent High-Risk Human Papillomavirus (HR-HPV) Infection

Interventions

There are four types of population: persistent cervical HR-HPV infection (SPI), persistent cervical HR-HPV infection (LSIL), persistent cervical HR-HPV infection (HSIL), and invasive cervical cancer.:

21 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Female patients aged 21-75 years with sexual activity history; (2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for cervical HR-HPV infection or having a diagnosis of cervical polyp with concurrent negative results for both cervical TCT and HPV tests; (3) Intact cognitive and language function, with the ability to provide a clear self-assessment of symptoms; (4) Willingness to provide written informed consent and to comply with all study procedures, including clinical interviews, questionnaire completion, and macro- and micro-level examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Congenital absence of vagina or other reproductive tract malformations; (2) Individuals with various autoimmune diseases, sexually transmitted infections (including HIV/AIDS and syphilis), or those with compromised immune function due to immunosuppressive therapy; (3) Patients with severe primary diseases of the liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, cardiovascular or hematopoietic systems, or malignant tumors, where these conditions may introduce significant confounding factors in constitutional assessment.
