Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 55 or older; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for group assignment; 3. Voluntarily sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with mental or cognitive abnormalities, or those who are blind in both eyes or deaf and unable to communicate normally; 2. Excluding those with severe endocrine, nutritional, or metabolic diseases; 3. Long-term use of thyroid medications, steroids, or estrogen and progesterone drugs; 4. Those with implanted cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, or similar devices; 5. Patients with malignant tumors, organ failure, or other serious chronic diseases; 6. Individuals with uncontrollable peripheral vascular or peripheral nerve disorders; 7. Those with osteomyelitis, bone tuberculosis, rheumatoid arthritis, Parkinson's disease, or other serious conditions affecting muscles or bones; 8. Individuals who have had severe infections or acute myocardial infarction in the past 3 months.
