Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnose PHI (in accordance with ICD-11 criteria). 2. The itching persists for more than 12 weeks and the itching score is >= 4 points. 3. Agree to undergo biopsy and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with active infection in the biopsy area. 2. Patients who have received immunotherapy recently (such as with hormone dosage > 10mg/day). 3. Patients who refuse biopsy or follow-up.
