Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Retrospective Study: (1) Patients aged = 18 years; (2) Patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery under combined intravenous-inhalational anesthesia; (3) Patients with an ASA physical status classification of I-III; (4) Informed consent obtained from the patient or their family members; (5) Preoperative Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score = 24. 2.Prospective Study: (1) Age = 18 years;(2) Diagnosed with hyperlipidemia (meeting the criteria listed in the Chinese Guideline for Lipid Management (2023), including: TG = 1.7 mmol/L, TC = 5.2 mmol/L, LDL-C = 3.4 mmol/L, HDL-C < 1.0 mmol/L);(3) ASA physical status classification I-III;(4) Receiving spinal anesthesia or general anesthesia;(5) The patient or their family members have signed the informed consent form and voluntarily agreed to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a preoperative diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases, such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or Parkinson's syndrome; 2.Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, hepatic or renal insufficiency; 3.Patients with visual or hearing impairments or language communication difficulties; 4.Patients with psychiatric disorders or those currently taking antipsychotic medications.
