Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 18; 2.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for gastric cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, or esophageal cancer (according to the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO) Guidelines for Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment). 3.Meets the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia as defined by the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Sarcopenia (2024 Edition): when measured using multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA), SMI 50. 7.No use of antibiotics within the past month. 8.The participant voluntarily agrees to join the study, is able to understand its requirements, provides signed informed consent, and demonstrates good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with concomitant severe heart disease, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, electrolyte disturbances, or abnormal hepatic/renal function; or those deemed ineligible by the investigator. 2.History of stroke or epilepsy; patients with primary brain tumors or brain metastases; inability to communicate verbally. 3.Patients deemed by the investigator to have uncontrolled comorbid severe cardiovascular/cerebrovascular diseases or other underlying medical conditions. 4.Diagnosis of dementia or a psychiatric disorder that results in the inability to express one's will appropriately. 5.Pregnant or lactating women, and pediatric patients. 6.Active infectious diseases caused by bacteria, fungi, viruses, mycoplasma, chlamydia, etc. 7.Subjects with critically incomplete general data or TCM four-examination information. 8.Any other circumstances in which the investigator deems the subject unable to complete or comply with the study requirements.
