Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Overweight or obese (BMI >= 24 kg/m2) 2. Aged >= 18 years of old 3. Willing to provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of substance use disorders, including drug addiction and alcoholism 2. Patients who are critically ill and unable to comply with the requirements of the study protocol 3. Participants with other circumstances deemed inappropriate for participation by the investigators, including but not limited to pregnancy
