Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 2. Preoperative diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease; 3. Undergo minimally invasive coronary artery bypass grafting surgery without cardiopulmonary bypass under general anesthesia; 4. Age >= 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Parkinson's disease, dementia (including Parkinson's disease-related dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and Lewy body dementia), or psychiatric disorders; 2. Patients who have had a stroke or other central nervous system diseases in the past 6 months; 3. Patients undergoing secondary surgery; 4. Patients with preoperative delirium; 5. Patients who cannot communicate due to severe hearing or vision impairment, language disorders, and/or communication difficulties; 6. Patients with severely limited preoperative activity; 7. Patients with alcohol dependence or drug addiction; 8. Patients with infectious diseases; 9. Patients who are discharged unexpectedly or refuse to participate in the study.
