Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>= 18 years, sex unrestricted; 2. Patients who have resided for more than 6 months in areas at an altitude>= 2,500 m; 3.Patients scheduled for elective non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Cardiac or intracranial surgery; 2. Post-operative hospital stay < 2 days; 3.Unable to provide informed consent; 4. Language or communication difficulties.
