18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years old; 2.Colon perforation within 48 hours after colonoscopy consultation; 3.Normal coagulation function; 4. Patients and/or family members signed informed consent to accept endoscopic or surgical intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Abdominal X-ray showed other diseases causing acute abdominal symptoms; 2.Pregnant women; 3.Severe anemia and coagulation disorders (Hb (hemoglobin) 2; PT (prothrombin time) prolonged by 10 seconds or more compared with the standard value); 4. Patient intolerance of endoscopic repair or surgical laparotomy.
