60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inpatients of the Respiratory Medicine Department and Cardiology Department of Qingdao University Affiliated Hospital, aged 60 or above, regardless of gender, with normal cognitive function and the ability to communicate normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe infections or multiple organ failure. 2.Individuals with impaired limb mobility, such as those with severe osteoarthritis or mobility impairments following cerebral infarction. 3.Presence of metal implants, including pacemakers, artificial hip joints, cardiac stents, dentures, etc. 4.History of surgery involving both hands or wrists within the past three months.
