Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with RCI by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with clinical signs after shoulder dysfunction 2.The degree of tears is diagnosed partial-thickness rotator cuff tears (PTRCTs). 3.Patients choose PRP injection therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous scapular dysfunction 2. Impairment of shoulder joint movement due to central or peripheral nerve injury 3. Trauma combined with upper limb fracture 4. Other diseases are not suitable for rehabilitation 5. Refusal of platelet-rich plasma injection therapy; Or combined infection should not be injected treatment 6. Patients select surgical repair
