Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who experience STEMI within 12 hours and successfully undergo emergency pPCI treatment; 2. Aged 18-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with rheumatic autoimmune diseases; 2. Combined with malignant tumors; 3. Various severe diseases with an expected life expectancy of less than 1 year; 4. Unwilling to participate in the study.
