Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Diagnosed with acute Stanford A-type aortic dissection and undergoing emergency surgery; 3. Postoperative new-onset spinal cord injury (loss of motor/sensory function, ASIA grade A-D); 4. Imaging examinations (MRI/CTA) confirmed spinal cord ischemia or peripheral vascular involvement; 5. Those who have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There was already neurological function impairment before the operation (such as spinal cord injury, sequelae of stroke); 2. Spinal cord injury is caused by non-ischemic factors (such as trauma, tumor compression, infectious myelitis, etc.); 3. Direct injury to the spinal cord during the operation; 4. Severe organ dysfunction (liver and kidney failure, cardiogenic shock, etc.); 5. Expected survival period < 30 days (such as advanced tumors, end-stage diseases, etc.); 6. Those with incomplete information; 7. Women during menstruation and pregnancy; 8. Those who have not signed the informed consent form.
