Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of coronary artery disease, coronary angiography showing single or multiple vessel lesions; 2.Age > 18 years; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification II to IV; 4.Elective coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient or their family refuses to participate in the study; 2.Incomplete clinical data; 3.BMI = 30 kg/m²; 4.Poor airway protection ability, high risk of aspiration; 5.Hemodynamic instability; 6.Increased intracranial pressure, skull base defects, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or pulmonary hypertension; 7.Requires awake intubation or rapid sequence intubation; 8.Significant CO2 retention; 9.Unable to perform laryngoscopy (bronchoscope intubation, mouth opening < 2 cm) [2]; 10.Skull fractures or craniofacial deformities, inability to pass oxygen through the nostrils; 11.Impaired consciousness and inability to cooperate.
