Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. All patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy for tumors, regardless of tumor pathology (benign or malignant), histological type, or surgical approach (open, laparoscopic, or robotic-assisted pancreaticoduodenectomy); 3. Complete clinical data and follow-up records were available during the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <18 years; 2. Underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy due to stones, inflammation, or trauma; 3. Underwent pylorus-sparing pancreaticoduodenectomy or duodenal head resection; 4. Incomplete clinical baseline data or follow-up records.
