Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes, with a disease duration of more than one year. 2. Meeting one of the following glycemic criteria: Fasting Plasma Glucose (FPG) >= 7.0 mmol/L, or Glycated Hemoglobin (HbA1c) >= 6.5%. 3. Presence of coronary artery stenosis >= 50%, as confirmed by either Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography (CTA) or Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA). 4. Aged 18 years or older. 5. Voluntary participation and provision of written informed consent. Inclusion criteria for healthy individuals: 1. BMI values are within the normal range of 18.5-23.9; 2. No history of metabolic diseases, heart disease, or severe systemic diseases; 3. Individuals aged 18 and above; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; I have not used antibiotics or probiotic supplements in the past month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of antibiotics or undergoing fecal microbiota transplantation within the past one month 2. Use of probiotic supplements within the past one month. 3. Severe systemic diseases, such as advanced malignancy, active infection, or end-stage hepatic/renal insufficiency. 4. Chronic use of systemic corticosteroids or immunosuppressive agents.
