Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–65 years, ASA grade I–III; 2. Body mass index 18–28 kg/m^2; 3. Patients scheduled to undergo gynecological day surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of glaucoma or intraocular pressure > 21 mmHg; 2. Hypersensitivity to anticholinergic drugs, and/or known allergy to penehyclidine hydrochloride or any of its excipients; 3. Pre-existing acute or chronic nausea or vomiting, or gastrointestinal motility disorders; 4. Mental or cognitive impairment; 5. Hepatic or renal dysfunction.
