Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years old; 2. Meeting the above diagnostic criteria; 3. Disease duration >= 6 months; 4. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) >= 4 points; 5. At least one conservative treatment (such as stretching, oral NSAIDs, etc.) was ineffective within 3 months before enrollment; 6. Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with foot fractures, tumors, infections or peripheral neuropathy; 2. History of previous foot surgeries; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Allergic to the drugs used in the study (local anesthetics, hormones, components of pain-relieving patches); 5. Complained of severe dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney or coagulation.
