Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Surgical patients (male or female) who undergo percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy under monitored ;anesthesia care at Hebei Provincial People's Hospital; 2.Aged 18 to 65 years old; 3.With clear consciousness and capacity for civil conduct; 4.Without surgical or anesthetic contraindications;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe respiratory depression; 2.Patients with known or suspected gastrointestinal obstruction, including paralytic ileus; 3.Patients with severe arrhythmia; 4.Patients with severe hepatic insufficiency; 5.Patients who refuse; 6.Patients in whom severe adverse reactions occur during surgery, leading to surgical termination or changes in anesthesia method; 7.With epilepsy, a history of epilepsy, or other neurological diseases; 8.Patients with known allergy to oliceridine; 9.Patients with infection or damage to the skin at the stimulation site;
