Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus by internal medicine with well-controlled blood glucose (glycated hemoglobin = 300 µm as measured by OCT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unclear refractive media; 2. Patients with a history of panretinal photocoagulation (PRP) and other anti-VEGF treatments within the past three months; 3. Patients who have undergone cataract surgery within six months; 4. Patients complicated with other fundus diseases such as age-related macular degeneration (AMD), retinal vein occlusion (RVO), and macular hole; 5. Patients with poor general condition or allergy to the drugs used in this study.
