Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=60 years old; 2. Elderly patients with chronic heart failure who meet the diagnostic criteria of the "2024 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure"; 3. The total daily sedentary time should be no less than 6 hours. 4. Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has a history of severe language, hearing, cognitive impairments and mental illness; 2. Complicated with other systemic complications, the condition is critical; 3. The Heart function classification of the New York Heart Association (NYHA) is grade IV. 4. Those whose hospital stay is less than 7 days and who cannot complete the intervention plan.
