Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Hyperlipidemia inclusion criteria: Patients between the ages of 18 and 70 who have been diagnosed with hyperlipidemia; 2.Inclusion criteria for healthy people::Between the ages of 18 and 70; male weight = 50.0kg, female weight = 45.0kg; body mass index (BMI) within the range of 19.0 to 26.0 kg/m2 (including the critical value); volunteers without cardiovascular, liver, kidney, respiratory, blood and lymphatic, endocrine, immune, psychiatric, neuromuscular, gastrointestinal system and other chronic disease history or serious disease history within three years, and generally healthy and in good condition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Consumption of dietary supplements (omega-3 fatty acids, probiotics, prebiotics, phytosterols/sterols) 1 month before the study; 2) Use of antibiotics, antidiarrheal drugs, statins, fibrates and other drugs within 2 months before the study; 3) Alcohol consumption (> 2 cups per day); 4) Hyperlipidemia patients and healthy people with inflammatory bowel disease or irritable bowel syndrome.
