Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 65 years; 2.Duration of hemodialysis treatment exceeding 3 months; 3.Possession of relatively complete medical history records, relevant laboratory test results, and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome documentation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with confirmed acute renal failure; 2.Pregnant female patients; 3.Patients with solitary kidney due to any cause; 4.Patients with severe infection or critical organ failure, such as cardiac or pulmonary failure, severe arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, etc; 5.Patients with other severe illnesses or infectious diseases, such as malignancies or active tuberculosis; 6.Patients unable to tolerate or unwilling to undergo ultrasound examination.
