Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke; 2. First occurrence of stroke, with shoulder pain on the hemiplegic side after the stroke; 3. Age >= 20 years, with good treatment compliance; 4. Patients participating in the study are able to fully understand the entire study and assessment methods, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe osteoporosis, fractures, dislocations, or tumors in the shoulder joint; 2. Presence of metal implants in the head or wearing a pacemaker, which are contraindications for rTMS; 3. Severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, liver, or kidneys; 4. Cognitive or psychiatric disorders that prevent cooperation.
