Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for hyperlipidemia according to the World Health Organization International Classification of Diseases, 11th Revision (ICD-11); aged 45 years or older; 2. Conscious, able to communicate normally, and capable of using a smartphone; 3. Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe dependence in activities of daily living; 2. Patients in the acute or terminal stage of disease; 3. Patients with psychiatric disorders; 4. Individuals experiencing recent major life events that may cause psychological distress; 5. Individuals currently participating in other research studies.
