18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 60; 2. Moderate to severe OSA (AHI >=15 times per hour); 3. Body mass index >=28kg/m ²; 4. Baseline C-reactive protein > 1.0 mg/dl; 5. Be capable of signing informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Central sleep apnea; 2. Severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction, cachexia and other diseases; 3.Persistent vomiting, intractable diarrhea, severe inflammatory bowel disease; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Patients with mental illness; 6.Those who are not suitable for body composition analyzer examination, such as those with pacemakers and metal objects in their bodies; 7.Aged 60; 8.Those who are unable to give informed consent.
