Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets diagnostic criteria for stroke: Diagnostic criteria for haemorrhagic stroke patients refer to the "Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracerebral Haemorrhage (2019)", while criteria for ischaemic stroke patients refer to the "Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischaemic Stroke 2023", both requiring confirmation via cranial MRI or CT; 2. Meets PSCI diagnostic criteria; 3. MoCA score < 26 points; 4. Within one year of stroke onset; 5. Aged between 18 and 70 years; 6. No complicating neurodegenerative disease; 7. No history of psychiatric disorders; 8. Informed consent obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pre-stroke cognitive impairment. 2.Cognitive impairment due to primary or secondary neurological disease. 3.Cognitive impairment due to other systematic diseases. 4.Cognitive impairment due to drug/alcohol abuse/dependence. 5.Sensory aphasia and severe cognitive impairment preventing completion of neuropsychological testing. 6.Contraindications for rTMS, such as history of epilepsy, pregnancy, intracranial metallic implants, microprocessor implants in the body). 7.Cranial defect
