Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of femoro-acetabular impingement syndrome (FAI). 2. Age 18-50 years old. 3. Adult patients to be treated with hip arthroscopy. 4. Patients must have hip or groin pain and functional limitations, have passed a preoperative medical evaluation, and have completed a preoperative rehabilitation program and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other hip history, such as Perthes disease, epiphyseal slip of the femoral head, avascular necrosis of the femoral head, or severe osteoarthritis. 2. Previous history of hip surgery on the affected side. 3. Neuromuscular or systemic diseases. 4. Failure to provide informed consent or comply with the study protocol. 5. Pregnant women and patients participating in other conflict clinical studies.
