Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: MCD group: Patients who met the pathological diagnostic criteria of the KDIGO guidelines (renal biopsy showed normal glomeruli or only minor lesions, with extensive foot process effacement on electron microscopy). Non-MCD group: Patients with a clear diagnosis of other kidney diseases and complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of concurrent systemic diseases (e.g., diabetes mellitus, systemic lupus erythematosus) or malignant tumors. 2. Patients with >20% missing medical record data.
