Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Enroll in kindergarten in September 2024. 2. Kindergarten not currently conducting fluoride application at the time of enrollment. 3. In good general health, with no history of long-term medication, oral diseases, or allergies. 4. Parents are aware of participation in the project and have signed an informed consent form. 5. Able to cooperate with the project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The child's parents refuse to provide information about their child's dental health. 2. The child is allergic to medications used in the study. 3.The child suffers from a serious neurological, hematopoietic, or other medical condition that may affect the study results; autism; ADHD. 4.The child suffers from an oral mucosal disease, such as an ulcer. 5. The child has received fluoride application prior to the study.
