Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>=18 years old; 2.The mechanical ventilation time is >=48 hours. 3. Meet the offline screening criteria (such as the conditions for spontaneous breathing tests); 4.Voluntarily participate in this researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with non-invasive ventilation; 2.Patients who are on the verge of death or have given up treatment.
