Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women or their family members sign the informed consent form; 2. Mothers diagnosed with gestational diabetes in the mid-to-late stage of pregnancy and their newborns; 3. Singletons, gestational age >= 37 weeks, birth weight >= 2500g.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Infants who meet the hospitalization criteria for newborns and are admitted to the neonatal department; 2. Mothers with hereditary or mental disorders, severe cardiovascular, endocrine, metabolic, or nervous system diseases (gestational diabetes is not excluded, but pre-existing diabetes before pregnancy is excluded); 3. Newborns with relatively severe diseases (such as tumors, congenital heart disease, congenital nutritional metabolic diseases, etc.); 4. Families unable to complete follow-up as planned.
