Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 40 years; 2. Healthy individuals who have completed high-risk screening for COPD or patients who meet the GOLD 2025 COPD diagnostic criteria based on pulmonary function results (post-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC < 0.7) / ICD-10 diagnosis of COPD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Key clinical information is missing, making it impossible to determine whether the inclusion criteria are met; 2.Lack of follow-up information or loss to follow-up, making it impossible to determine the primary study outcome (such as survival, acute exacerbation); 3.Severe cognitive impairment or mental illness, incomplete medical record information, affecting the reliability of the data; 4.Comorbidity with other malignant neoplastic diseases besides lung cancer.
