18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing laparoscopic resection of rectal and sigmoid colon tumors under general anesthesia; 2.Aged 18-80 years; 3.ASA physical status classification of I to III; 4.body mass index (BMI) between 18 kg/m² and 30 kg/m^2; 5.who have provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who declined to participate in this study; 2.Patients with a known allergy to Oxycodone Hydrochloride Injection; 3.A history of pulmonary infection within 2 weeks prior to surgery or the occurrence of intraoperative respiratory incidents; 4.Patients with central or peripheral nervous system disorders; 5.Pregnant or lactating women; 6.Surgical duration exceeding 5 hours; 7.Other circumstances deemed by the investigator as unsuitable for participation in this clinical trial.
