Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age <= 18 years ; 2. Underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) at Wuhan Children’s Hospital; 3. Retrospective cohort: Children who received transplantation between January 2024 and April 2025; 4. Prospective cohort: Children who receive transplantation after July 2025 (informed consent form must be signed).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (auto-HSCT); 2. Patients with incomplete clinical data or substandard sample quality; 3. Patients who did not sign the informed consent form in the prospective study.
