Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for myasthenia gravis (the diagnostic criteria are based on the 2020 Chinese Society of Immunology, Neuroimmunology Branch: "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Myasthenia Gravis (2020 Edition)"); 2.Age >= 18 years old; 3.Patients with myasthenia gravis presenting with initial symptoms such as dysphagia, coughing when drinking water, speech disorders, and chewing weakness, which are manifestations of oropharyngeal muscle involvement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years old; 2. Exclude tumors of the oropharynx, esophageal cancer, and laryngeal diseases. 3. Exclude patients with a history of Parkinson's disease, stroke, or motor neuron disease involving the oropharyngeal muscles. 4. Exclude other diseases such as pregnancy and severe organ failure of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, tumors, etc. 5. Patients with myasthenia gravis who have severe mental disorders;
