Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-75 years; 2.Diabetic or non-diabetic patients who require surgical treatment; 3.Those who agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age 75 years; 2.Those who are unwilling to cut their skin tissue during surgery; 3.Pregnant and lactating women, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and other serious mental illnesses; 4.Other circumstances considered unsuitable for participation in the study by the investigator.
