Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia, depression and bipolar disorder in the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (10th Revision) (ICD-10); 2.Patients with schizophrenia, depression and bipolar disorder mainly treated with atypical antipsychotic drugs; 3. age >=18 and <=65 years; 4.Having no history of thyroid diseases, kidney diseases and endocrine-related diseases in the past, and various examinations after admission excluded endocrine-related diseases before medication; 5. Having no history of abuse or dependence on psychoactive substances;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe and unstable somatic diseases, family history of mental diseases and "three highs"; 2.Patients with pituitary tumors, hypothalamic lesions, thyroid diseases, kidney diseases and other endocrine diseases; 3.Patients who were previously treated with second-generation antipsychotic drugs but were ineffective; 4. Women who are pregnant or lactating; 5.Patients taking drugs that affect thyroid and adrenal functions, such as lithium carbonate, are excluded.
