Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years; 2. ASA physical status classification <= III; 3. Voluntarily participating in the clinical study and having provided signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of postoperative delirium, cognitive impairment, or dementia; 2.Patients with a history of prior nasal surgery; 3.Patients with severe preoperative neurological disorders (e.g., stroke, Parkinson’s disease); 4.Patients undergoing non-intubated general anesthesia; 5.Patients unable to comply with or complete the study procedures.
