Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–35 years old, right-handed; 2.Physically and mentally healthy, with no history of neurological disorders, mental health disorders, or sleep disorders; 3. No organic diseases outside the indications for transcranial magnetic stimulation (e.g., no intracranial implants or other conditions that could affect TMS safety).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of long-term use of medications that may affect circadian rhythms (such as melatonin, sleeping pills, antidepressants, etc.); 2. Irregular daily routines in the past month, such as night shift or rotating shift work, travel across two or more time zones, persistent staying up late, or sleep deprivation; 3. Daily caffeine intake exceeding 300 mg (approximately equivalent to two medium cups of coffee); 4.Other situations deemed inappropriate for participation in this study by the researchers (for example, inability to cooperate with multiple experiments).
