Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age >= 34 weeks; 2. Age at birth 38.0°C or 180 beats per minute or 60 breaths per minute) or the need for respiratory support; 7. Abnormal white blood cell count (elevated, decreased or increased proportion of immature granulocytes); 8. Poor mental response and feeding intolerance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Shock has been diagnosed or vasoactive drugs have been used; 2. Congenital heart disease (major malformations requiring surgical treatment); 3. Severe perinatal asphyxia (moderate to severe HIE); 4. There is deformity, trauma or edema in the nasal cavity area. 5. The parents refused to participate.
