18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with breast cancer by pathological examination, pathological stage I-III; 2. Scheduled for chemotherapy; 3. No vascular cognitive impairment; 4. Normal general cognitive function, basic normal daily living ability, no auditory, visual, language or other functional impairments, Karnofsky score =60, physical status score 0-2; 5. Female patients aged 18-55 (inclusive), right-handed; 6. Willing to accept treatment, observation, and various examinations;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Screened by a neurologist or psychologist, with significant anxiety (SAS score >=50), depression (SDS score >=53) or other psychiatric symptoms, or dementia (MMSE score <=24); 2. Expected survival time <6 months; 3. Severe primary diseases of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, or hematopoietic systems; 4. Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant, or preparing for pregnancy; 5. Finger absence, or severe infection or ulcer on the hand; 6. History of alcohol or drug dependence, or taking drugs that affect cognition; 7. Allergic constitution or allergic to multiple drugs; 8. Participation in other drug or acupuncture clinical studies within the past three months;
