Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Children who came to the emergency pre-examination and triage from January 2025 to December 2025 (2)The age is between 0 and 8 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Neutropenia, bleeding tendency, necrotizing small intestine colitis, diarrhea, otitis media, malnutrition, severely ill children, anal atresia, external ear deformity, children undergoing chemotherapy. (2) Affected children who do not cooperate with anal temperature measurement.
