18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. We plan to recruit 10 individuals aged between 18 and 55, male, with a body weight of over 70 kg, blood type O, and peripheral hemoglobin (Hb) level of >= 150 g/L. 2. They must pass the routine physical examination and meet the national blood donation standards. 3. There are no abnormalities in the blood donation health inquiry, MMSE questionnaire survey, and SF-36 brief health questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal or suppressed hematopoietic function of the bone marrow; 2. Presence of fever or infectious diseases; 3. Taking drugs that inhibit compensatory cardiovascular responses, such as beta-blockers; 4. Taking drugs that promote or inhibit hematopoietic function; 5. Having a blood donation history within the past six months or other situations that do not meet the national blood donation standards.
