18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.History of at least 6 months of double-dose PPIs or P-CAB therapy with persistent typical reflux symptoms occurring at least twice weekly; 2. Diagnosis of GERD confirmed by clinical symptoms, gastroscopy, and radiographic examination; 3.Hiatal hernia<=3 cm; 4.Age between 18 and 75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy, lactation, severe obesity, or major psychiatric illness; 2.Achalasia or EGJ outflow obstruction;3.Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction; 4.Previous esophageal or gastric surgery;5.Eosinophilic esophagitis.
